Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt quite tired, but I managed to upgrade to a suite on one of the highest floors which offered a better stay. The location was definitely a highlight, being within walking distance of major attractions, but the check-out process was a bit cramped. The dining experience didn't meet my expectations as the breakfast options were lacking, while the facilities were adequate.

During a busy conference week in New York, the hotel provided comfortable and modern rooms, which stood out among most NYC hotel rooms. However, the rooms were quite compact, making it feel like falling onto the bed when entering.
